Sailing Schedule for October 2006 - March 2007 is available.
"Akogare" will visit Kagoshima in the first week of November
calling the ports of Yamagawa and Kanoya, both for the first time, to join
Kagoshima's marine festival where day-sails and public boarding will be
held. Then she will sail back to Osaka with trainees in 6-day programs.
In this course, "Akogare" will follow "Kuroshio" (Black
Current) and it might be possible to observe the Leonid meteor shower during
the voyage. Berths still available.
Back in Osaka on November 12, day sails and 2-day sails are scheduled every
weekend. The most popular one would be Christmas overnight course on Decemver
23 - 24.
The ship will be in dock from late January 2007 until mid February and
resume training programs in March with the longest Ocean Program to Ogasawara
(Bonin) Islands from March 8 - 21 in which we have already 11 trainees.
